In this activity you will be finishing drawing a map of the campground.

Finish the key by drawing symbols for the things in the campground.Then finish the map by putting these symbols
on the map where the index says they should be.

Commentary:
Year 8 students were consistently about 90 percent successful in completing aspects of the map. This contrasted with year 4 students who achieved about 65–70 percent success. About 15 percent of year 4 students used symbols on the map which differed from the symbols they used in the key.
