Commentary:
Students
viewed the video story in this task twice. During the second viewing
they were asked to make notes under the headings provided on the answer
sheet. Overall, students did not perform very well in this task and
this may have been because of the linguistic complexity and technical
vocabulary within the text, especially in relation to the bike. Sixty-seven
percent of students were able to make some relevant notes about the
text under the heading provided.
