Read what Santa is saying and then write what you think Santa would say next in the empty speech bubble.

Do not give assistance with reading.

Here we go again. It’s time to deliver presents to children all over the world.

The sleigh is loaded up with all sorts of presents.
My reindeer love whizzing me through the night sky and over the roof tops.
I’m a really lucky man, even though some people might not think so. You probably know why I think I’m lucky.

Commentary
About 20 percent more year 8 than year 4 students achieved the maximum score, mainly because of higher performance on the second criterion. There was no meaningful change in performance, for year 4 or year 8 students, between 2000 and 2004.
