Commentary:
Results in this task follow a pattern observed in the results of other responding tasks. Many year 4 and year 8 students are able to offer very global or generalized impressions, but are not yet scrutinizing and identifying observable and distinguishing details and narrative in works of art. Many are yet to demonstrate some confidence in explaining key features and discussing their own ideas and responses.
