Commentary: |
Students were asked to retell a scene from a video in this task, being attentive to detail and order of events. This was a demanding task and the students in 2006 did somewhat less well than the students of four years ago. There were no gender differences. There were only minor differences among the Pakeha, Mäori and Pasifika students. |
